This policy describes how Trevor Nash-Keller ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the personal AI assistant SMS/MMS service and this website. This is a limited-access service operated by an individual sole proprietor.
When you text the service, the following is processed:
If you use the SMS consent form, we record the mobile number you provide, the date and time of consent, the version and exact text of the disclosure you accepted, and the source page. Submitting the form without selecting the SMS consent checkbox does not create a consent record.
We do not automatically collect precise device location, contacts, browsing history, or payment information. Information you deliberately include in a text, photo, or request — such as a place name, coordinates, or travel details — is processed as message content.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The SMS consent ledger stores only the consent information described above; it does not store IP addresses or browser user-agent strings. As with ordinary websites, the reverse proxy and web server may temporarily process and log an IP address, request time and path, and browser user-agent for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Operational logs are not used for advertising or profiling and are retained only under routine operational log-retention and rotation practices.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share text-messaging originator opt-in data or consent with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services of this messaging program.
We may share personal data, including a mobile number and SMS opt-in or consent status, only with service providers that help us provide this messaging program — including Telnyx, telephone carriers, messaging platform providers, and vendors that generate or deliver the requested reply — or when required by law. Those providers may use the information only to provide the services of this messaging program, not for their own promotional, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
Message content and conversation history are stored in systems operated for TREVHOME. Messaging, carrier, and AI service providers necessarily process the data needed to transmit messages and generate requested replies. Access to TREVHOME-stored data is restricted to the operator.
TREVHOME uses access restrictions and other technical safeguards appropriate to this limited-access service. Messages are accepted for assistant processing only from authorized phone numbers; messages from unrecognized numbers are rejected before assistant processing.
No system is perfectly secure. Text messaging in particular is not an encrypted channel and may be visible to carriers in transit. Do not send passwords, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information by text message.
Conversation history is retained only as long as needed to keep the service useful and to diagnose problems. You may request deletion of your message history at any time by emailing sms@trevhome.com.
SMS consent records are retained while the consent is active and as reasonably needed to demonstrate messaging compliance. Opt-out status may be retained so that a STOP request continues to be honored. You may request access to or deletion of a consent record using the contact address above, subject to legal and compliance retention requirements.
